I qualified as a Chiropractor in 2013 with a Master’s degree from McTimoney College of Chiropractic, and I’ve loved the profession ever since. Having been a Chiropractic patient since childhood, I feel privileged to now help others manage pain and achieve their best health through Chiropractic care, Medical Dry Needling, Massage, and Rehabilitation.
Alongside clinic work, I’m active in the profession as an executive committee member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association, a post-registration trainer for the Royal College of Chiropractors, and through collaborations with the Oxford School of Health and London South Bank University on their chiropractic courses.
Before qualifying, I spent many years in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and soft tissue therapist. My own experiences with injury have only deepened my commitment to supporting patients on their rehabilitation journey.
Outside of practice, I’m a keen (some say crazy!) sportsman — cycling, swimming, mountaineering, climbing, and Judo keep me challenged and fuel my love of the outdoors
