MCA Webinars – Recording

We do not routinely record our webinars because we want to protect the privacy of our delegates and encourage open participation (we would need permission from attendees). During our sessions, attendees often ask questions, share experiences and contribute to discussions, and recording these interactions can raise data protection and privacy considerations. Just as importantly, we recognise that people are often less comfortable asking questions or contributing if they know their comments may be viewed by a wider audience in the future. By keeping our webinars live and unrecorded, we aim to create a supportive environment where delegates feel confident to engage, ask questions and participate freely without concern that their contributions will be permanently recorded or shared more widely.

EVENT REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY 

All fees must be paid in advance before attending any event.

Bookings that are cancelled more than 6 weeks* before the start date of an event will be refunded or held on account for another CPD event - which ever you choose.

When less than 6 week’s notice is given we will endeavour to fill the cancelled place and will refund the fees if this can be achieved. Unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed and the MCA reserves the right to retain fees paid.

*Where a new event has been offered at the last minute or with less than 6 weeks advanced notice, specific terms of cancellation will be notified at the time of booking.
